What are your mirrors made from?
Each SilverInc mirror is hand-built from scratch using high-quality materials, including real glass and precious metal leaf which is then placed onto an MDF board. We use 24ct gold and pure silver for our gilding, applied using traditional techniques.
Are the designs hand-made?
Yes, every piece is handmade in our London studio by us. No two mirrors are the same, and slight variations and imperfections are part of what make each one special.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely. We welcome custom designs, whether it’s a logo, lettering, specific color palette, or a personal message. Just reach out through our contact page to start the process.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders typically take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and current workload. We’ll give you a more accurate lead time when you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. All mirrors are carefully packed using reinforced boxes and foam protection. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or quoted during your custom order inquiry.
Are your mirrors ready to hang?
Yes, all mirrors come fitted with appropriate hanging hardware on the back, all you need is a heavy duty screw and a wall plug in your wall.
How do I care for my mirror?
Clean as you would any other mirror surface, avoid getting any moisture overspray on the frame. To clean the frame you can use a duster.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on stock items, however you must contact us to arrange the return shipment. On Custom orders we do not accept returns.
My mirror arrived damaged.
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if there’s an issue. Make sure to take photographs of the box it arrived in and get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, absolutely. This can be arranged via email on info@silverinc.co.uk for collection in our North London (N13) studio. Please note that there will be no returns offered on items collected in person.
